Minimum Stay Requirements
Off Peak: September 15-June 15, holidays excluded $95/Sunday—Thursday : $135/Friday-Saturday
Peak: June 15-September 15 and all holidays $160
$50 cleaning + 11.3% WA Tax.
$200 refundable damage deposit to be returned after your stay.
Holidays may have additional minimum stay requirements.
